Welcome to The Veil Wiki

The Veil Wiki is a community-built reference for The Veil, the horde-based PvE and PvP MMORPG on Roblox by BlackstarDW Studios. The game drops you beside an enormous labyrinth, hands you a slot and a stylist, and lets you figure out the rest. That is a wonderful design choice and a brutal onboarding, so this wiki exists to close the gap: every system explained, every quest mapped, and every number re-verified against live servers.

We write for the player at 1 a.m. with a drained sanity bar and a question the game refuses to answer. If a page here saved your run, it did its job.

What We Cover

The wiki is organized into eight sections, each maintained as its own hub:

• Guides & Tips — the beginner walkthrough, progression roadmap, controls, and the habits that make runs compound.
• Races — all ten races ranked in a tier list, reroll strategy, and deep dives like the Veilborne showcase.
• Classes — unlock quests and ability kits for the Crusader, the Cultist, and beyond.
• Quests — the main questline step by step, plus the hunts that stall everyone: Ancient Bones, the Lost Recipe Book, and weapon enchanting.
• Bosses — arenas, spawn windows, and drop tables, including the night-only Puppeteer and its legendary Dice.
• Economy & Farming — the Scorch Basin silver loop, gem routes, and the selling rules that protect your loot.
• Items & Weapons — the rarity system, equipping, locking, and where the top-tier drops actually come from.
• Updates — the patch log, launch recap, and an honest running review of the game.

The codes page sits at the center of the site because “The Veil codes” is what most players search for first, and stale codes are the cardinal sin of a game wiki. Ours are verified daily across multiple independent sources.

Our Vision

Wikis fail in one of two ways: they go stale, or they stop being readable. Our bar for every page is simple enough to repeat:

1. Verified, not scraped. If we have not run the route, fought the boss, or redeemed the code, the page says where the information came from instead of pretending.
2. Current, not historic. The game changes fast — two races were rebalanced on day one, and the blacksmith’s fee halved within the first days. When numbers move, the update log moves first and the guides follow.
3. Readable, not padded. Tables, steps, and short answers for players mid-run; deeper prose for players who want the why.

Community-Driven

The best information about a young game comes from its players. Launch-week discoveries — the Puppeteer’s route through the Crumbling Ring, the town trinket rotation for gems, the Scorch Basin loop — all entered the wiki through community testing before any official documentation existed.

If you find something wrong, something missing, or something new, the fastest way to improve this wiki is to tell us. Corrections are applied the same day they are verified, and every contributor’s find is credited in the update log.

About the Team

The wiki is maintained by a small group of players who have been running The Veil since its pre-release testing period. Between us we cover the whole loop: speed progression, race collecting, both major class chains, night boss hunting, and more silver farming than anyone should publicly admit.

We are players first. Nobody here works for BlackstarDW Studios, nobody speaks for the developers, and the day that changes is the day this section gets rewritten.
